Somehow when I renewed my membership I now have a second profile (obviously a bug). I cannot switch to this profile in the drop down in the app because doing so causes the app to crash, so that means I literally cannot access my tickets. As a software engineer, I can tell this is very poor quality engineering, invest some time effort and money into simplifying this mess of a system and then you won't have so many bugs.

When I renewed it created a second profile which I'm now constantly having to switch memberships to try purchase tickets, by which time tickets are sold. Constantly logs you out and offers you tickets that are already located even though you've seen it available for days. Such a bad experience for a club I love coming to watch. Can't believe the poor quality of the app in comparison to the amount of money they take on a daily basis from us fans, would expect better from you arsenal. Sort it out

Reset pw on the website after Nov 6 as required, but it hasn't sync'd with app. The app keeps asking to reset my pw. An Arsenal Single Sign On keeps appearing on the screen. The tech team has been unable to resolve.
