Worst app ever!!!!! The previous version at least worked occasionally, but this new update never connects to my amp. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially coming from a brand like Fender. I hope you take the time to read the reviews and address these issues. This is unacceptable for a product that relies on app functionality.

So the latest updates on Android have forced the app into landscape only mode, rather than having the option of either orientation. Also, you can no longer change the order of your presets. These are both terrible downgrades. Fender, why would you remove useful features from the app? Also I see that Fender is responding to user reviews and asking them to contact customer support. Well guess what, they are useless and will offer zero solutions and not even apologize for it. Garbage behavior.

Edit 08/01/25 Still not connecting to micro plus. Terrible. I was hoping that this latest update would fix the Bluetooth connection problem but sadly no. This is a lot of money to spend for something that has NEVER been able to connect to my phone. Very frustrating and VERY poor for a brand such as Fender. Deeply disappointed that Fender is allowing this to happen. I hope that someone at Fender HQ is actually reading these reviews and does something about this mess.
