great app with helpful user guides. It's been such a helpful tool in helping me set up my business. Just be aware of a few hidden costs. I think Fresha could do with making all costs more transparent. I've selected some extra tools through Fresha but then quickly cancelled them when I realised I'm being charged. This has been a bit frustrating. Overall, I'll stick with Fresha because it's relatively easy to use, I can run reports, and my clients seem to like it too. I do recommend it.

I used to love this app. Been using it almost 5 years. But lately my appointments have gone missing, my repeat appointment don't repeat or are missing. I don't have time to keep checking up a system that's supposed to be update. I'd hate to have to change to a new booking platform because of this.

Overall great app, it would be amazing if you'd add a widget option, sometimes i dont have the time zo pick up and unlock my phone to check the schedules, adding widgets would be optimal for smart watch users, just for a simple check by hour
