Love the game, not so much the customer service, I started having problems with one of the side quests, tapping didn't work and I couldnt progress, asked customer service for help and they told me you need to tap on the items to move forward! A 5 years old would know how to tap and play a phone game and the second time I reached out, they told me to update the game but there hasn't been any updates available during the time of this event and it's ending today to no avail.

Why would i contact you on any other platform? You can see this can't you? Read it here. 1) You're forced to spend energy on side projects that isn't replenished. 5 hearts is a lot when you're barely given enough as it is. 2) You never have enough of a particular ingredient-mine is mushrooms atm-and every recipe requires an egregious amount of them. (4 mushrooms for cupcakes? Really?) 3) You spend way too much energy for so little reward. 4) Great game.

This is fun to play & relaxed. It took me a little while to figure out the tricks to the workers. Some of the newer additions, like the outfits, is too much & take way too long to get anything but I enjoy the rest of the game.
