Unfortunately, it just doesn't work. Both the app, and the manual are talking about SSID Homewhiz-xxx. But the only network my BP109C AC unit emits, is "SmartlifeC121". And if I connect to that, the app doesn't go to the next step. I don't really care about the Wireless functions, but at least give me the option to turn off the annoying blinking light...

Do not bother with this app. There is no laundry option, so I had to add my washing machine to the bathroom section. Also, even with the washing machine inline of sight of internet modem and my phone within just meters of each other. The app keeps saying "out of range," and even though I use my machine almost every day, it only has a few records from back in July. Additionally, the only thing that has worked between the machine and the app is a 'mix' download. Nothing else works.

App support wants all kinds of private information that is inappropriate for them to ask for. You don't need my phone number. The app does not give me an option to spin at 1400rpm but that is the limit of my washing machine. Programs in the app do not make sense compared to programs in the washer. For example Hygiene+ takes 3+ hours from the washer, but not even half that from the app. Awful experience. Bad app.
