I did like it at the beginning, but then you cannot continue to improve buildings and things if you do not have coins or diamonds, and the only ways to obtain them are to wait literal days until you have enough, or to watch at least 10 ads (with cooldown in between them). I'm uninstalling this game, sorry.

No forced ads, but you can watch a ton of them to do about anything to advance the game. If you pay for no ads (~$15-$20) the game will automatically nerf all of the opportunities to advance. For example, before no ads, you will get several opportunities every few minutes to get extra game currency, which makes you advance very quickly. After buying no ads, they will stop appearing a minute after the app is opened, and you have to restart it if you want them. It feels like a scam, honestly.

I had a lot of fun with this game. Even paid for the no ads bundle since I was enjoying it so much. That's when the issues started. I would spend diamonds to upgrade a manager, but the manager would never upgrade and the diamonds were still taken. I paid for those diamonds to then have them gone on a glitch. Before I got the no ads bundle, I had a lot of opportunities to get the items I needed to upgrade managers. Now...it's very rare for me to get the needed cards for the managers.
