First time I've downloaded this app since having hearing aids fitted 10 days ago. For the first couple of days it worked really well but the app soon started to get annoying. Firstly it continually lost connection with my hearing aids then I noticed that I needed to charge my phone more frequently, even though I had altered the settings on my phone to limit the app draining the battery. Sadly I'm going to have to uninstall this app, as it's become more trouble than it's worth, shame really.

As reported by others, my app regularly disconnects from my Real aid. Because I have a Cros in my other ear, it only connects to one ear. It does not seem to ever reconnect without going into my Bluetooth options, force stopping and restarting the app, or rebooting my phone. This happens if my phone is kept close to my ear or if I leave the room. The app is fine when connected. It is very frustrating to try and adjust levels or programs to find it is disconnected for the fifth time in a day.

I spent $1,500 each for hearing aid. You'd think this app would work perfectly. Nope, that noise cancelation is a joke! It crashes on my Samsung S23, there's no MIC icon but when I used it on my work phone that is a iPhone it has a MIC feature and my doctor told me, "oh yes, Oticon was actually made to use with Apple products". So, if I was gonna buy a hearing aid, go to Costco because their hearing aids are way better, and the app they use works with BOTH Samsung and Apple. Plus, way cheaper!
