There are "share your feedback!" prompts plastered throughout the entire app. I love when devs listen. Unfortunately, after over a year there have been zero changes other than minor "bug fixes". A little effort could make this app so much better. I'm a consultant for app optimization and submitted my feedback to Route for free, because I saw the potential. They ignored literally everything I suggested.

Works well, easily consolidates everything so I'm not bouncing around checking emails and websites and apps. Only real downsides are that any time I place a mobile fast food order it adds that, which is unnecessary clutter, and of course there are security concerns as to what they can see in my email.

This used to be a really decent app, but now I feel like 2/3 of the time, it pulls incorrect tracking information. For example, the carrier is mostly always wrong now, so I have to manually fix so that it corrects itself to finally track it. Now, they've started consistently spamming me with pop-ups in the app to upgrade to a paid feature. I have no desire to pay at all when the free features are incorrect more than half the time.
