Used to love it. I changed my phone number and they ask for an unreasonable amount of documents to get my old account back (I get it, it's for my protection but it's still tooo much), so I created a new one. After purchasing 2 items, confirming that I've received them and uploading my own listing, my account got deleted because I was committing fraud?!!! That makes zero sense. This message came out of nowhere and is not true! Now I can't use the platform at all.

First of all, I LOVE Vinted and the concept! But there are 2 things bothering me. 1) I want to be able to filter results per country. I don't know why they have to make it so messy that we HAVE to see Spanish results if I only want to shop in the Netherlands. Also, it's not good for the environment to keep ordering packages from abroad. 2) The app language keeps automatically changing to French, very unhandy, please fix!

App is good and has a huge offering. Buyers and sellers are great, I had a good experience with it for years. However, when something goes wrong, there is ZERO service behind it and I have been beyond frustrated with bot answers and no one really understanding the issue to truly help. There is NO way to contact a human either so 3 instead of 5 stars.
