The app is useful and has good features, however I often have problems with the app actually recognizing the jbl product I am connected to leading to lots of frustration and using other apps to do what this one does. For example, instead of using the JBL equalizer I find myself using Wavelet instead because it's just more reliable.

Good app. Only one thing I don't like, but it might be related to the headphones I have and not the app. I have JBL Tune Flex. I want to set specific gestures, but I am only allowed to select from a premade set. For example, I want only double tap to play/pause and single tap or triple tap disabled (not possible). Also the volume up and down, instead of tapping, I would introduce a long tap function. For example, long tap right them volume up, long tap left volume down. Other than that good app

amazing app ! only reason it not a 5 star is cause i wish there was a GPS tracking visually if you lose your earpieces . ik they have an auditory one , but ya. other than that, it's really good app, love the equalizer customization !!!!! favourite part for sure . and being able to turn on and off the ambient noises transferring to your ear is also a nice touch. not mandatory for someone like me that only uses one ear bud at a time while I work , but nice to have for sports personel. 👍🏼 🙂
