This is now my go to AI chat application. Copilot has become secondary. Advantages over Copilot: • All the time it has reference links. Copilot recently gives less and less reference links as weeks pass by. • Most of the time, if not all the time, it gives related pictures, images, and videos. • Its reply is formatted, like bold or italic fonts, making it easier to read. • Previous chat queries are searchable. In Copilot I have to scroll down and visually search one by one

Pretty fun search engine/answer provider. You can ask a question and once it provides an answer you can continue to ask follow up questions related to it and it saves all of that particular query in a separate thread so you can go back and review it! The only downside I've had so far is there is some information it cannot find on 1980s electronics like stereos... Other than that it's great!

I just started using the Perplexity Pro version, and I'm finding it AMAZING! I'm still just learning all the features it has. Beyond the features, just the performance of an app like this is outstanding. I really urge you to at least try the free version. You will be impressed and also won't be annoyed by ads. I thought I should add that I have yet to experience any of the negatives a few people mentioned. Keep in mind that with so much that it offers, there is a learning curve as a user.
