the app it's nor accurate at all when it comes to your trip. I traveled this past December, my flights changed the gate, and the app was never updated, and the emails letting me know didn't get to me until like 30 min before boarding, then my return flights never updated gate and the last flight I had a stop it never s showed me my last stop with was NY. It said I had already laned and arrived at my last destination, and I was still on my flight

This is the worst airline app I have used. It may work 1 out of 5 times for purchasing a ticket. I just tried to add a checked bag to my reservation, and all I could get was "Bad request" or "Ups! Algo salió mal." I don't know why it cannot be improved after years of these problems.
