If I could rate it fewer stars, I would. Terrible app is never working properly, constantly crashing out, auto refreshing, or just doing what it wants, and when you finally feel like it might be calming down. BAM, Optus drops its 5th app update of the month, and you start the cycle all over again!

I had a bizarre problem and needed to be listened to by an empathetic person which they done superbly. They definitely need to work on some things in house to do with coordination between departments. But everything something bizarre happens they manage to sort it out anhaxhange my tone from frustrated back to happy by the end.

It is possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Not the first time, but today's "online help" copied and pasted scripted lines that literally made no sense. The 10 minutes between each message wasn't ideal either. Soon to be former business account holder.
