Bluesmart is a fraudulent app. Do not add money to it. I had a recurring ride pickup scheduled for 4:30 PM, but the cab did not arrive. Three cabs were assigned in between, but none arrived after waiting for 30 minutes too. Even if youāre late by just a minute, they charge ā¹3 +/min. Blu Elite is a scamāonce the cab is delayed by more than an hour and get and gets canceled, thereās no cashback provided. Only 30 min late time for 499 pack. This is pathetic service very bad customer support.

Driver took off on the destination without us, have screenshots to show this. He then marked no show 20 mins later when he was 10km away at the airport. Until you can contact the driver through the app, you will have these troubles, customer service didn't seem to care too much which makes me think this is common. Stick to Uber. Only plus is they are electric and you can book for set periods (if the pick you up)

I had been using blu since last year. I never faced any issues, but recently the app is more buggy than ever. I am unable to schedule a ride from my home, it just says to switch to intercity ride. When I connect with the customer agent, he told me that neither can he fix the issue nor can he schedule a cab for me from his end. It's so frustrating.
