I've been using the app for a long while now and it's getting more and more frustrating to use because of all the different bugs that keep popping up. I like all the features when it's working fine and I'm still hesitant to switch all my plants to a new app but it's unusable at times. I've reported bugs in the past which were fixed over time. At one point it just kept crashing every time I used it. Now it won't register any ticks. How do new bugs keep constantly appearing?

Not worth your money. Not only is the identification succes rate very sparse, you'll be forced to use the premium version without free option and remibder don't add anything at all. The whole purpose is to identify your plants, provide info and to remind you to water/pot the plant. Reminders don't even have a notification, so you need to make an effort to get into the app, go into you reminders which defeats the whole purpose of reminders? Bad app flow. Better apps are out there.

It would be a very useful app, the problem is that it's not able to identify a lot of plants of mine, especially succulents. There is no option to add a "custom" plant to my garden and nobody ever replied when I sent pictures to improve the database, so many of my plants cannot be added at all. I'll keep on using it because I paid for the year but I won't renew the subscription.
