1: Highly annoying you can no longer remove shows from "continue watching" 2: When opening an episode it takes at least a minute to load. 3: The sound, when playing from TV, is unreliable. Background sounds are randomly loud en voices can sometimes hardly be heard. 4.: When you want to skip forwards or backwards it immediately causes the whole episode to lag or crash. 5: In shows that aren't spoken in English (like Shogun) half of the subtitles are missing or coming in late...

It works. The subtitles don't work so well for multilingual content, as in; they don't automatically appear when there's foreign audio. Please remove the Disney animation video and startup sound from the app. Your wasting customers time and bandwidth with this antique stuff, use a splash image if you must flash your brand at startup.

App been lagging for months. Literally unusable!!!! I have 1 gbit ethernet. I have a brand new flagship tv. And this stupid app doesn't work. No other service has this problem. And then to think you guys increased the price just before all this! FIX THIS!!!!! Contacted customer support. They expect me to provide every tv in my home with an ethernet cable to fix lagging and stuttering issues because it doesn't work with wifi. Something that is disneyplus their app at fault not my hardware!
