So annoying, it doesn't specify the reason of payment failed and keep mentioning technical issue. 20 days ago and it still the same problem. Also the session timing is so short that you need to login in every few mins. There is also a glitch in app that shows welcome screen in middle of the payment. Some website aren't listed specially the one providing good offers. It seems like providers/shops pays the most incentives to Klarna are on the top. The app is very annoying and less transparent.

Bring back the Stocard cards widget! I was forced to move from Stocard to Klarna and I'm hating it. With Stocard I had a widget on my screen where I could directly tap on the points card I needed and it would load instantly, letting me scan it whenever I needed it. Klarna forces me to first open their app, wait at least 10 or more seconds until it loads, click away all the notifications and only then I can actually use my saved cards. Awful user experience.

Hi Alicja, we apologize the migration to our app does not fit your needs. If this feature is important to you, it might be worth keeping an eye on future updates from Klarna or considering alternative services that currently offer features that meet your expectations. Thank you.

So slooooow. Like many others I was forced to move from Stocard to Klarna. Which in itself is curious as the two apps have rather different purposes. But my biggest issue is that Klarna is so slow, I can't be bothered anymore to scan my cards. And this is on a premium Samsung phone. Let alone how it would work on a budget phone. Terrible. Update after dev's response: you are providing a link to a page explaining how to use Stocard. An app that doesn't exist anymore...
