I frequently see the camera loading icon when opening the app directly or by clicking a notification. The live view falls to load several times a day. Restarting app doesn't solve it, usually have to restart my phone. Very frustrating. The other pain is when night mode is selected, if I'm in the app either looking in the help section or looking at history and I pause for to long, the app takes me back to the live view in night mode. It should only activate in live view.

Overall it's a good streaming app, issues make me question the service and quality. If I knew there be this many issues I would have used a different product. New issue after update: - Cannot change audio vol or night light dimming from Android. I adjust the sliders. Close the menu. Reopen and the settings are back to what they were. Fixed with reinstall - Video feed won't show at all until I force stop the app and clear the cache. Issues do not happen on my iPad or my wife's iPhone.

50/50 so far. Love the bed tracking features. Love the white noise features. However it claims to have picture-in-picture but the button on the screen to use it doesn't seem to exist. Reached out to tech support. Apparently that is only a feature on iPhone. Which had I known I wouldn't have bought nanit. DROPPED 2 STARS Was working fine, but lately there's been issues with the white noise. The sound selection doesn't pull up, tapping the play/pause button does nothing. And good luck w/ "help"
