How does EasyPark work?
Download EasyPark to your mobile phone and register for free if you don’t have an account yet. Once you’ve parked your car, open the app, check the zone code based on your GPS location and press ‘Start’. Your parking session will be transmitted to parking enforcement officers based on your number plate, so you don’t need to worry about getting a ticket. An email, push, or SMS notification will help remind you about your active parking session. When you return to your vehicle, open the app and press ‘Stop’ to end the parking session. You can settle the parking costs on a monthly basis using a payment method of your choice.

Be aware!!! Don't EVER sign up and pay for subscription. When the time come and you want to terminate it, there is no one to talk to. After endless requests to terminate the subscription, bank account is keep being charged. UPDATE: after receiving a respond from EasyPark saying "That doesn't sound right" asking to contact them via livechat, you get an answer from a bot saying they are busy. Basically, as originally said, they don't answer and I'm still getting charged. STAY AWAY from this app

BE CAREFULL. APP TRICKS!! The communication on the app is so not clear. They just tricked me to pay 50 euros for full day parking , where I parked for 1.5 hours. And when I called customer support to report their error - the answer was that they cannot help. They couldn't even let me start parking at another place when I moved the car. Do not use it. Better search for alternative or use street terminals. Anything to avoid this !

Because a day ticket (fixed tariff) is valid for 24 hours, it is not possible to stop or change it earlier. I would like to advise you to read the rate information under the start button after a zone has been selected. You can also find this information on the signs on the street.

Does the bare minimum of what it needs to. Many bugs/flaws/broken features and wildly counter-intuitive UI. Update on 2024-07-20: nothing easy about it; in Norway you're told to download the app but the app in Netherlands-only. The Norwegian version (why are there different versions?!) "is not available in your country". THANKS.

We had 2 brands active on the Dutch market: EasyPark Global app and EasyPark NL app. To avoid confusion, it has been decided to remove the EP Global app from the NL market. The global app does work abroad. This year there will be an update so that you can park abroad with the NL app.
