I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the watch app qwatch pro. The app is supposed to provide various features such as synchronization, dial faces, notifications, and fitness tracking for my smartwatch (firebolt combat). However, the app does not work properly and has several issues that affect its functionality and performance. Some of the issues that I have encountered with the app - contact not sync, dial faces section blank, not sync fitness things . Kindly please look in this

I like it. Most of the features work except for the "find my phone" that does nothing and that is a feature I would use alot lol Everything else has been working good. The opposite feature of "find device" which is to locate the watch itself works good tho it just vibrates, would be great if it had made a noise. Decent variety of watch faces available. Display interface is nice. Easy to set up. 4 stars because the find my phone feature does not work.

Not synchronizing properly, each time we have to update the settings again and again. If we went through the another window, all the settings will go off. Very disappointed. 😡 am using BSW106, 2 times I have done factory reset. However there is nothing happening. Watch is resetting perfectly. But the data in the app was not.
