The viewing options are okay. I'm really unimpressed that there are unskippable promotions for their own content, even with the most expensive plan. The mobile app is also not great to use, as you have to either know what you're searching for to find it or scroll endlessly in randomly organised groups of films/series. I was excited to see Parks and Rec profile pictures, as this led me to believe that the show would be available in NL. Unfortunately, this isn't the case.

When it works it's fine but when it doesn't it hangs and freezes up the whole TV only solution than unplug the TV. Tech support isn't much help either. The same old steps but no real solution. Try an app update that might provide the users with a possible solution. Hardwired or WiFi is the same at around 400 Mbps no solution either. Just wait and see what is going to happen attitude.

Zero stars! A lot of times, even after pause, it jumps back to the beginning. If you miss the "Skip intro" you have to click, click, click, click, click, click to still do it. Also it's impossible to skip to, let's say, half way. That will take a ffing long time, because it's like pressing the fast forward button of a taperecorder. It all feels kinda like someone's first app. Going to unsubscribe immediately, because just a sec ago, after a toilet visit, the episode starts all over! Pf
