That they charge 6.99 a month for the basic plan which is basically a couple of cute graphs is insane. You literally get what's already in the tesla app. For that price I can get way better apps such as scan my Tesla. Definitely not renewing after the trial. Lmao at developer response. What they charge is worth maybe a one time 6.99 fee. Definitely not monthly 6.99. Insanity.

Huh? The $6.99 basic plan gives you detailed 24/7 trip tracking, battery capacity and degradation tracking, a watch app, a desktop web app, and integrations with smart home devices. Quite literally none of these features are provided by the Tesla app...

I'm looking into what you're describing, and I would like to see what you are. Can you email [email protected] with screen captures? It may be a graphic bug on some devices, but I need more information to reproduce the issue. I'm happy to look into the map routes on your account as well.

When it works it Works. Unfortunately it lost its function the day I needed to get in my car via my watch. Needless to say I was locked out. The app keeps stating to upgrade required and to add a key.

Tesla has deprecated the old vehicle connectivity systems and required users to upgrade to there new Next-Gen connectivity system. The new system requires Model 3, Y, Cybertruck, Semi or 2021+ Model S/X owners to set up a Virtual Key. We sent out an email on this months ago. Please contact [email protected] for assistance.
