The best free app I use. Does exactly what is says. It has fair upsell pricing. I use it every time I go to the gym. It was perfect to replace my notepad tracking, as it has a much nicer UI. It isn't cluttered, and has a great overview of previously done workouts. I'd highly recommend it.

This app is so freaking good. I will be a premium user forever and would buy a lifetime subscription if there was one. It has so many little, thoughtful features that I love: - Leave notes for yourself on each set (e.g., ā€œset seat level to 4ā€). - Back up all your data easily as a file. - View your entire workout history at a glance when starting a session - instantly share your workout summary as text with one button, perfect for sending to my trainer - Clean, straightforward layout with no ads

Edit: reinstalled to provide more detailed feedback. Nothing about this app suggests it was developed by or for resistance trainers. The free version is more restricted than other apps in this space and nothing I saw on the free version encouraged me to upgrade. Specifically I couldn't find an easy way to: * Create a program that varies for different days of the week and progresses week to week * Add custom exercises and attribute load to primary and helper muscles * Way more than 500 ch allow
