This shares the same issue as Phone Link. I can hear phone calls and the caller's voice, however they can't hear me. I've had the same issue with phone link since moving to Windows 11 on my desktop. Phone link worked fine for calls on Windows 10. Perhaps it works with IOS devices, however I have an android phone: Galaxy s24+. Teams and Zoom calls work fine, so it's not a microphone issue. And please don't send me a message asking if everything is up to date.

You must have Bluetooth Hands-Free Profile and the latest Bluetooth driver installed to use Unison™ PC App calling. Ensure all pairing permissions are implemented and Windows 11 OS and Unison™ app are updated. I got this hoping to replace Microsoft phone link however the fact it does not allow more than 1 computer at any given time is a deal breaker for me. Otherwise its pretty much exactly the same as phone link in my opinion. Has nothing more to offer.
