I have made multiple p2p trades and none has been credited to my account. this is a mess and it's not good for an exchange. they do not have any remedy to return your lost p2p transaction. the coins I paid for have not been credited to me ever since I started using this app but I've made all the payments from my bank. the support responds fast but they don't have any way to get your lost transaction. I'm not even supposed to rate this app because there are lots of scammers on the p2p option

Very poor app I deposited not alot of money it charge 25 dollars to just deposit... to withdraw my funds because I realised I shouldn't have deposited cost 50 dollars... and the fact is just yesterday and using this app previously there was no 50 dollar fee it was low at first but it seems the more this wallet sees deposits the more frequent it trys to charge large fees really rather pathetic chargeing that much for doing nothing worth the money now i can't eat today I barely have food

They won't steal your money but they will turn it off. Response- it's not convenient for the customer to de list a crypto. You should have a contract that tells cryptocurrency contractors to never do that and then construct a system where you have open orders and let them get filled at a slower pace. This will increase your respect.

Before delisting these tokens, LBank will issue an announcement in advance, so please pay attention to official notifications to manage your assets accordingly. In your wallet, you can find the delisted assets and withdraw them.
