The app is terribly organized for actually finding shows AND the rewards program is racket only accessible if you buy through the app but you will still need the computer to actually find the shows. Then back to the app and hope to God you click the very small buttons and don't make a mistake on the app that would be much less likely using a desktop as TT rarely will do anything but take your money if you have an error purchasing.

Pretty good centralised place to review West End shows, however I have 2 complaints: First when searching by date, the app will list shows even when they are sold out. Second: the app often quotes prices that are not accurate before you actually transition to the seat booking screen. Rish tickets don't seem to be a thing when you are trying to see a popular show at a busy time like Saturday evening.

Poor. I accidentally clicked the wrong performance date for a play. Even though I realized almost immediately, the app would not let me change. Finding the support was difficult. They still have not gotten back to me on the request to change to my preferred date. I don't undress why there is not a short grace period for errors. No humans to talk to. Unlikely I will continue to use this app/site
