Great service but my gosh stop notifying me about a shipment change when nothing has changed about the status and it was delivered long ago! Multiple notifications daily about something marked as received. *contacted customer service and same issue. Now though, the prices have gone up and the products are often cheap, you never know what you're gonna get, so that's the end of that.

The shopping and prices are fine, but honestly use the website instead. The app has SO many pop ups, every time you click anything it's like 5 extra pop ups open. It's so awful and obnoxious, I get annoyed every time I open the app. I want it to go back to how it was 5 years ago, you go look at deals, shop, and you're done. Now you have to struggle through 50 different clicks just to look at something. It's irritating.

Shein is such a huge disappointment. I actually really like the clothing and quality of items I've purchased but I always get drawn in by these gorgeous designs and dresses that I ultimately find out are not even near my size. The curve+ store is for basics only. It's rare to find something cute in there. But if you go to the main page there's loads of gorgeous, interesting clothes, but only if you're a size 10 or smaller. Fix this. Shein, you're losing so much money.
