The Odido App gives you immediate insight. Do you have a subscription for internet + TV, mobile, a business connection or PrePaid? Nice. With this app you can quickly check your usage, invoices, subscription, credit, purchases, accounts and much more. Just log in with your Odido username and password. Do you have multiple subscriptions? You can easily add that.

Bad company, don't expect to get helped if you have a problem. I renewed my subscription through the app, it showed me the new bundle that I selected unlimited calling for and then 2 weeks later the app tells me that I have 40€ extra cost because of calling. When I call the customer service them they don't want to help me with it becasue in their system I still have the old subscription. It is very incorrect to invoice 40€ for something that with a flick of a switch they would give for 3€.

Very unstable app that often doesn't do the one thing it should always do: allow customers to top up their allocated data. Prepare for hours on 32K/s or less, 'something' went wrong and you should try again later... One of the best 'non-descript system messages' sources I know. t-Mobile / Odido used to offer robust interfaces, both with their apps and on the websites. Those days are long gone, glitchy code appears to be good enough nowadays. I got myself a Lebara sim as a fallback option.

The previous app (T-mobile) was great. Now with Odido is horrible. Not always possible to log in and unclear and limited information. - The bot reply, as you see below (and you see the same reply to everyone), asked me to contact them via Facebook - Why? I don't have that app and I already contacted the costumer service, but nothing. What a lost the change into Odido from T-mobile.
