Garbage app that does nothing but waste your time. I've been trying to log in for the past week with luck, as the face recognition keeps failing! I called the customer service which couldn't help me solve the problem, and ask me to try on another device. I'm only giving the app one start because it doesn't allow us to give it zero. Absolutely terrible!

They force you to use this app. But there's no value in it, as it doesn't replace other verifications, but comes on top of it - you still have to show the id, check the finger, etc. Also since last update it just says unknown error occurred.

It doesn't recognise my face. My friend used it on iPhone, and it works fine. My phone is Android Galaxy Ultimate, and it requests me to bing my phone very closer to my face to enable the capture button and be able to take the biometrics. Then it starts analysing, and it fails everytime.
