A bit surprise. We booked two rooms, although the dorm is not like the one in photo, the other one is amazing. The kitchen is really good experience, the sad thing we discoever that on the last day. The virtual key thing could be adjusted to allow other guests store the key like qr code format instead of a code. Overall, it is a really good concept compared to those traditional hotels.

Dreadful system, requirong all guests to install an app to unlock their rooms is not okay. The app doesn't work well at unlocking the doors, and it means having to take a fully charged phone with you everywhere. A door card is far superior. Note that all the doors seem to also accept a code instead of the app, better off just using the code.

Don't bother filling in info in pre check in as it only fills your name and phone number in (incorrectly). It gives you a code so would prefer to just be told what it is than use this app. Ended up taking an age to check in twice, then needed front desk to fix it for us anyway as the keycode wasn't being sent to the phone
