The App is completely unreliable. Sometimes it works to check in sometimes it doesn't! The amount of error messages that I receive is a joke. I had to log in multiple times in order to receive my boarding pass once, even though I simply repeated the process. The app is not connected to wallet app (it asks me to download it, although it is already downloaded), the actual website it shut down at the moment... Very bad customer experience!!!

Annoying. 1. Their d umb firewall always ask you to solve a puzzle, but when I use PC it doesn't. (isn't app supposed to work better?) 2. They show INVALID fares (50% cheaper if you select pay with miles) 3. There is no way to contact them unless you already have a booking. Upd: same errors, IT staff doesn't even bother to respond or fix 🤔

Too frequent disconnections, it doesnt matter on which network I'm connected (4g or home/work wifi). Sometimes it takes you back to the home page... even in the middle of a purchase (just happened to me). I like the app, e.g. how easy is to use miles to ourchase a new flight, however there's still much room for improvement.
