Unable to verify identity. Ever since the new update, the automated video check no longer works and the manual identity checks, where I need to send a picture of me holding an ID either get ignored, or rejected despite the picture being perfectly clear. Thanks to this I have experienced severe loss of earnings by not being able to work. Numerous emails to rider support have been met with the same Copy and Paste response.

Since switching to a OnePlus 13, I have experienced significant issues with the app, potentially stemming from either the phone itself or the OxygenOS 15 Android update. The app constantly vibrates upon receiving any notification, despite having disabled this setting. Additionally, receipt scanning functionality, which worked flawlessly on my previous device, is now completely non-functional. This issue is persistent and has not been addressed, causing significant frustration and inconvenience.

Sometimes while driving there is such a situation that we are not able to accept the order. Can there be an option to automatically accept the order? And there is a button to turn it on and off. That is, the order should be automatically accepted after thirty seconds of bell ringing. When we turn on this option. ۔ love UAE. And love deliveroo
