The app falls short when it comes to ordering replacement parts. Despite prompts to replace specific items like the high capacity filter, clicking on the order icon redirects me to the store without displaying the needed item. Given that the app knows my model, it should be straightforward to guide me to the correct part. Additionally, the store section of the app is frustratingly slow and unresponsive, with long delays before menus refresh.

Convenient, however after the first/recent software update our Roomba j9+ stopped emptying vacuum box and filling up the water tank. That's rather bizarre since I have seen buttons in the app to do this just prior to the update. I feel cheated off my money x.x the issue seems to be known for a while as well because there are posts online with similar issue highlighted

terrible experience. Adding the device (j7+) takes multiple attempts. After the device is added, no option to do a mapping run, the map icon doesn't even show. I complete a full cleaning run, and it shows "saving map". After, still no map icon. Closing the app and re-opening shows the icon for 1 second, then crashes the app and the map is gone. After a robot reboot, I get the map once. Then, I try to ccess the map remotely (not on the same network) and the icon is gone again. What a joke...
