The app is generally user-friendly and offers a range of useful features, however, after the latest update(August 2024), the login process has gotten notably slow. It can be frustrating when you need quick access to your account but end up waiting longer than expected. If the app could improve its login speed, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.

I have 2 issues with this app 1. I cant see my account balance it shows blank, I have to request a bank statement whenever I need to check my balance. 2. Some labels dont fit in their icons. For example: "More" button will display as "Mor", "Withdraw" as "Withdra" etc Help fix these issues. Otherwise the app is great Quick response and issue solved. Thanks.

Hello NMB Your NMB App is good, but you can make it great and more useful if it will allow customers with more than 1 NMB account to register them using the same NMB Mobile App,currently you can register 1 NMB account in a mobile phone app
