The updates have affected Oneplus 7t brutally. It used to be the best phone in terms of it's features, smoothness, everything but now it has become the worst choice. Gallery isn't working smoothly, it gets hang, calling issue, apps get closed automatically in between. Recent updates are just useless, it has become so irritating sometimes. It's time to change the mobile rather expecting a much needed updates which can change the whole experience of using this device.

I was using OnePlus 10T then when this OnePlus Ace 2 came out, I thought it was a better one. However, it was a great mistake because the GUI is horrible and its os has never been updated while the one I dumped is frequently being updated

I just want my money back for this phone. They made the new update the way that they wanted to not the way the customer wants it. Why they have to change the color of my text message bubbles, I don't know. They used to be a dark color blue and I could see my messages clearly and now they are bright, neon, glow in the dark, green!!!! I can barely see my messages! It's like I have a new phone that I don't want. But as long as whoever designed it is happy with this color that's what really matters!
