Good for making calls and updating notes. The schedule view on the activities screen needs a filter so you can filter out completed tasks for it to be useful like it is on the computer version.

Never works. Says things doesn't exist and then your notes or entry is deleting so you have to keep typing it multiple times. Have to keep closing and opening it. Also why does it automatically just bring up contacts from the organisation your working on? So frustrating.

This company sucks do not use it. They make it an ridiculously tedious process to cancel account hoping you will give up and get stuck being billed for another month. A confident company, like zoho or MailChimp crm, would not do that. They give the runaround and when you insist they send a message saying due to high volume response will take longer keep window open. Then they don't respond hoping you will close window and be forced to start over. Use zoho Bigin. Better features better support.
