most of the time the data is not available, and several parameters inn the screen are not correct like 'Today' is always the same. I've got 2x 8400wp converters and I won't buy them next time. 4/4/2020- I had enough of this system! I couldn't go to another net provider because internet connections etc have to be done inside the converter!! Opening one voids the warranty. The servers from solaredge are always behind Just give users a toolkit so they can access directly their OWN hardware!

I am still waiting to find out if they are reputable or not, due to the fact that I had solar installed. A year later the inverta goes out in the middle of summer, 120° desert heat. I am still waiting and it has been a month, and they have not sent an inverter so that it can be replaced and my solar can work again. Frustrating!

Works as intended. Unfortunately much of the functionality requires the installers to define the strings property so hopefully your solar installer knows what they are doing. I did notice that some of the info on the main screen disappears from time to time requiring the app to have to be shut down and restarted. Not a show stopper.
