The most dedicated customer service I have ever encountered, over 26 emails back and forth they were so polite and patient with me and finally they completely resolved my issue , they transfered all my remaining balance to my new account with no issues or questions asked. I did use this app in Mecca and Medinah during Umrah, I called my hotels, taxi and bus services !! it worked perfectly and I didn't need any sim cards to make a call. I love this app. I strongly recommend it to all .

Groundhog day? My first call with the app was very strange. It entered a loop and I kept hearing a segment of the conversation played over and over again but only the other side. I dialled in again and we could chat for a few seconds then it entered a loop again. I tried again and again and eventually I gave up as we could not hold a conversation. Why was the call in a loop? Perhaps it was being recorded and somehow the recording was played back by mistake? Very peculiar.
