Don't ever choose Air Arabia if you are 100% sure about your trip.. Their cancellation policies are cheating policy even for ultimate fare. They will only refund 50% balance will lapse..that 50% even u cant use for other booking..

Dear Air Arabia, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with experience,Despite numerous attempts to resolve my issues through email and telephone communications, I have not received any satisfy resolution, They having a bad policy, once you book the ticket and cancelled by them,they refund as credit balance. If you cannot travel within a specific period, that amount totaly lose for you, can't be used to relative family's, that's really ridiculous policy, refund or extend my credit.

It does not register your booking and you need to import it manually. Then. For the check-in, you need to indicate the booking reference again. And it does not open directly the boarding pass by you need external app.
