For the past week, whenever I open the app, it displays a message saying, "Your profile and document update application has expired." I've tried updating it multiple times, but after scanning my passport, it always ends with the error message, "Something went wrong." Could you please explain?

Dear Abubacker, We apologize for the inconvenience. Ensure optimal conditions for scanning: place the document on a flat surface with proper lighting, avoiding glare or overlapping objects. If the issue persists, consider using a different device. S.M

Not Good bank at all the staff are not so helpful just looking forward how to skip quickly from customers issues and 2nd thing the application is so difficult if you want to look for something or apply from any products, other banks eg... Fab or ENBD application is so easy and if you don't get anything than the bank representative will call you and solve the issues but here I am sorry to say I couldn't see thing's like that.

Unacceptable KYC updating experience App constantly crashes during KYC update. Doesn't let you update one document at a time; it's all or nothing. If the KYC application gets rejected, you don't get an explanation why. And potentially lose access to your money Email support refuses to update the KYC manually, and branch employees after waiting for hours just tell you to use their broken app, or it will take months.
