Fantastic Metroidvania! It's amazing! I have a huge love for creature main characters instead of humanoid, so this was a dream. The art is lovely to look at, and the different areas are fairly distinct. They all look like a facility but are all themed differently. Overall, amazing. Yes, it's just the demo that's free, but the full game is well worth 7 dollars. You get the dlc too! It's especially nice, considering the game is 20 dollars on Steam, no dlc.

The game is a masterpiece of reverse-horror and metroidvania. Period. Some people might not understand its true value, so I suggest to those people to stick with the genre they like. The game is addictingly fun and extremely fluid, never too hard if you've got 2 working brain cells, and it lets you discover the mistery through gameplay. It works better with touch controls than actual controller, which is a rare occurrence with PC/console ports.

The Robot
I'd known about Carrion on consoles before but was super excited when I saw it on the play store. Bought the full game right away. Safe to say, it was a fantastic decision. Carrion is so unique that it's difficult to compare to other games. All you really need to know is that you control an alien blob on a murder spree. It's got some cool puzzles and abilities, and the pixel art is fantastic. It's a spin on a metroidvania of sorts, just without the map. Honestly, it's even more fun that way.
