I suddenly got kicked out of the app and I am asked to give up a code that is sent to an old email address that no longer exists. Whenever I try the other options (send friends a notification, video selfie) the app keeps crashing and the notifications are only sent to one person. I have tried everything so this is very frustrating. I lost access to my account for no reason.

Instagram account was deleted after update. Technical bugs, where the app was suddenly glitching started to occur. After that, my account was suddenly completely removed. There's no solution to this issue either within their help center and neither any contact information. No notifications have been sent either that my account has been deleted, inactivated or anything of the like. Very worrying that Instagram does not offer support for issues like this.

Pretty cool app. Rating would be higher if it weren't for the constant adding and removing of user friendly features. Just woke up to no longer having the ability to skip ahead and backwards in videos, and the options when editing messages are no longer in the same place they've been for years. a few months ago it was made easier to pause a video, that was also just removed. Just completly unnecessary and usually feels like a spit in the face.
