The app is generally user-friendly and offers a range of useful features, however, after the latest update(August 2024), the login process has gotten notably slow. It can be frustrating when you need quick access to your account but end up waiting longer than expected. If the app could improve its login speed, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.

This application needs some improvements, especially when registering user's NMB acc to the app. For several weeks now I'm unable to register my NMB acc to NMB mkononi app despite of having all the requirements needed, after filling the required information the app keeps showing that I've failed validation process. I tried to do so in the nearest ATM branch similary there was no progress at all.

I have 2 issues with this app 1. I cant see my account balance it shows blank, I have to request a bank statement whenever I need to check my balance. 2. Some labels dont fit in their icons. For example: "More" button will display as "Mor", "Withdraw" as "Withdra" etc Help fix these issues. Otherwise the app is great Quick response and issue solved. Thanks.
