Their ETAs are completely inaccurate, always takes way too long to arrive (more than an hour). Sometimes they give voucher codes to compensate (after you complain to customer service) but to be honest, I would prefer my order to be on time. The app shows unavailable items only after you click checkout, awful user experience. Additional fees are extremely high and they really don't match the service they provide (long waits, damaged products). Unfortunately there are no other options left.

It is very disingenuous and it really wastes my time that only at the checkout does the app notify you if items are out of stock. Obviously this has been programmed on purpose because people are more likely to stop the order process if they knew up front that sone items are unavailable. Very dubious set up and highly frustrating and wasting my time

Easy acces app for some groceries but the customer service is a mess. I ordered some blueberries for my wife while she was at home. The blueberries came damaged. This can happen but when we tried to show this to customer service my phone and her phone both had a error while making a picture of the damage product. When you try to contact the customer service you're only getting a bot. So we had to accept we can't get a refund for a faulty/ damaged product. Terrible customer service.
