LATEST UPDATE FORCES LIGHT MODE. I have combed through every setting, of which there aren't many, and the only "appearance" option is to add confetti when a package is delivered. I don't want to be flash banged when I open the app. my whole phone is in dark mode and every previous version I had was in dark mode and then I was forced to download this update in order to use the app. It's unacceptable for any developer to not have dark mode as an option, it's an accessibility issue.

Getting worse. I think the overall experience is getting worse in regards to identifying and tracking orders. Biggest complaint would be that even though your Amazon account is linked, you can't track it via the app. It only links you to the order, and not the tracking itself. Once it's delivered, you then have to go archive the order.

I would use it quite a bit more if I could mute the "suggested stores" aspect. you can, technically, mute stores you don't want to see. but the next time you open Shop it'll try again. super annoying. an algorithm is an algorithm, though it doesn't always hit the mark. so let us mute a store suggestion. otherwise you're just putting inconvenience between users and finding things they're actually interested in. also you should be able to search based on regional preference to support local
