Wave - Mobile Money

2022-01-22: Only supports 5 African countries to create an account in the app. For me who wanted to use this app to send money from my country in Europe to Senegal a complete waste of time. You could have easily given this information on your website so I won't bother installing the mobile app. Same goes for your total fees hidden in currency conversion. No information on your website whatsoever. Poor performance as a startup company. Update 2024-10-22 Almost 3 years later and still the same.

Wave is undoubtedly the best mobile money app service I have seen. It's has an incredibly simple UI, everything is just out their with one click and you're on service. The customer care support is amazing and very supportive, with instant response and your problem is solve at the spot. A big game changer is the now money transfer from Gambia🇬🇲 to Senegal 🇸🇳, we have made money transfer easier than ever.

I think they should work on their customer service. They are supposed to refund my wife's money, however it almost six months. Very frustrating, and we feel like they have scam us on this. Lack of knowledge by the customer service team. It's very frustrating and still no refund.
