Terrible experience! Avoid paying custom duty via the Aramex app; opt for cash on delivery instead. I paid through the app, got immediate acknowledgment, and the status changed to "paid," but this wasn’t communicated to the local delivery partner, who still demanded cash. Support was unhelpful, offering vague timelines and redirecting me to another department. They claimed to notify the delivery team, but nothing changed. Frustrating and unreliable service—don’t trust this app for payments.

I'm very disappointed. I got charged for an additional fee even though I already paid the shipping fee when I checked out the order. There were two transaction on their apps: 1 with additional fee and the other without (most likely for the same package). The one they proceeded on was with the fee. Passing the responsibility to their customer. This wasn't my first transaction, so I know I shouldn't have to pay extra.

Extremely disappointing. My shipment which is an envelope with 2 pages, was picked up by ARAMEX agent since Monday, and after 2 days of tracking, the status on the app was updated to (still not received by ARAMEX)?!!!!!! Very unprofessional and disappointing, and I will never use your services again! There is a reason why DHL charge a bit more, and they deserve every penny!
