At first Tamara was good. But suddenly it stop approving purchases then it totally not connecting to any payments online. Keep on getting the same error message " An unexpected error occurred, try refreshing the page again". The online chat is simply useless since it is a chatbot. I dont owe any balance so I dont find any reason for this error. No explaination was given. I had stopped using Tamara for more than a month now.

The brand new update got me hate Tamara. First of all we have to pay at the 1st of every month which really is frustrating. And second of all I didn't sign up for autopay option and they still tried to take money from my all accounts from different bank. This really is the worst update ever. It was fine when we could pay on the date we purchased it.

I am a customer since 2021, and it's been a great experience for me and I hope the development of this project continues to grow and succeed to the maximum level in the future 👍🏽❣️, lately the application has become a pit slow and need to be fixed and updated because of some bugs and fixes, please don't let me down or lose my trust on you 😔, add more big stor names and more partnerships. Keep up the great work 👍
