This app is a scam to customers. Once you log in with your account, they will raise the price by at least 10% per night compared to when you are not "tied down" to their platform. If there's any doubt as to how Agoda is scalping customers for their loyalty instead of rewarding them, just do a simple Google Maps search for a hotel, and click to book via Agoda from the link Google Maps provided. You will see that you get 10g higher than stated price if you are signed in on the Agoda app.

Make sure you contact the property directly regarding special requests - Agoda won't bother about it. This is the 2nd time in the past 2 months that the property was not briefed about the special requirements of a physically challenged person: Sept 22 at The Majestic in Chicago and today at Rajmahal Vilas Palace. Both places did not get any requests, though I have it clearly in my booking and vouchers. Agoda expects you to do the search, verification and contacting directly. They only book.

such a scam. make sure you screen capture before you click confirm your booking otherwise you will be cheated. I booked two times with the option stating clearly it is breakfast included. of course both times. it turned out it's without breakfast included. customer service is very bad. you basically cannot find a good solution to solve your problems at all.
