MORE THAN ONE WAY TO PLAY — Whether it’s a quick online game against a friend, a highly competitive PvP challenge, or something new and wildly adventurous like the Arena, GWENT’s selection of game modes has got you covered.

EASILY SATISFYING, ANYTHING BUT EASY — Sling cards from your deck across two tactically distinct rows — melee and ranged. Gather more points in the duel against your opponent to win a round. Win two out of three rounds to win the battle. It won’t be easy, but no one said it should be.

NO HOLDING BACK, NO HOLDING HANDS — You start with 10 cards from your deck in hand, able to play each card right from the start. It’s up to you to open the game with your strongest unit, or save the best for later in the fight. How will your deck look and what will your strategy be?

Beautiful design, best-looking card game out there in my opinion. Very nice feature I think as well is the customizability of many aspects of the game. A lot of different characters, cards, skins, cardbacks, playfield-backgrounds (and more) are collectable through a story-based reward system. This game is intuitive to play and is easy to learn through the build-in (yet skippable) walktrough. Really good game, just the thing I was looking for to get me through this Covid-19 mess..

Absolutely the best card game. Mechanics are very good and it feels like you're actually improving your real-life problem solving abilities while playing Gwent matches. Throughout the day, I feel like thinking more tactical whenever I face a problem. They included 'The Witcher' lore into this game as well, which gives you a very immersive experience as an addition to the main games.

Great game, really love The Witcher games and had a lot of fun playing Gwent in those games, though this version is a more complex and also more balanced version. The only issue I experienced was that the controls are a little weird sometimes. For instance when you are using an ability that targets another card(s) It's sometimes as though you can't stop using it. Dragging your finger is a good way for selecting the target, but to then get semi-stuck in this action can be frustrating.

What's new

The brand new Update 11.10 brings changes tocards and implements the Balance Council, an in-game voting system.

This means that moving onwards, you will have the control over all the changes made to the cards of GWENT.
